Blighted Ovum
A blighted ovum (anembryonic pregnancy) is an early pregnancy in which a gestational sac develops but no embryo forms. It typically results in miscarriage and is usually due to chromosomal abnormalities.

- Expectant — let it pass naturally
- Medication (misoprostol)
- Surgical (D&C or vacuum aspiration)
- RhoGAM if Rh negative
