Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Cubital tunnel syndrome is compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. It causes numbness, tingling, and weakness in the ring and little fingers and is the second most common nerve compression after carpal tunnel.

Symptoms
- Numbness and tingling in the ring and little fingers
- Worse with elbow bending (typing, holding phone, sleeping)
- Hand weakness, especially with grip
- Difficulty with fine motor tasks
- Muscle wasting in the hand (advanced)
Treatment
- Activity modification (avoid prolonged elbow flexion)
- Night splints to keep elbow extended
- Elbow padding
- NSAIDs for pain
- Surgical decompression (cubital tunnel release) for persistent or severe symptoms
