- Unrefreshing sleep
- Cognitive impairment OR orthostatic intolerance
Management
- Pacing — staying within energy envelope; avoid pushing through
- Treat sleep, pain, and orthostatic intolerance
- Cognitive behavioral therapy for coping (not as cure)
- Avoid graded exercise prescriptions as cure — can worsen ME/CFS
- Address co-occurring conditions
